It has now been 15 days and because I was a new customer I am getting the run around on from them paying my claim. It is a joke. I have called a thousand times. I just cancelled my policy, or should I say attempted to... I called and they told me it was taken care of, I stressed that since their website will not allow me to remove my checking account info I wanted to be sure that they would not process the auto debit to my account. Ken assured me I wouldn't be charged. Today I open my emails to find that they went ahead and renewed my policy and charged my debit card for almost $700.00. The rest of my family has had similar luck with Esurance. They subpoenaed one of esurance's adjusters to appear in court and the SOB didn't show and my little sister got stuck with a hit and run that she was not involved in. STAY AWAY FROM ESURANCE AT ALL COSTS!!! I couldn’t agree more.
