I signed up with esurance.com several years ago after researching all the major insurance companies. Their website is so easy and takes only a few minutes to get a quote, figure out your coverage limits and deductibles and print your insurance cards.
There is no hassle in driving across town to give someone a check and fill out a bunch of paperwork!

I was hit by someone with Esurance and they did not even do an investigation before claiming that I was at fault! My car was not even moving when their client hit me! Their so called “investigation” simply consisted of taking their lying client’s word for it. They would not even respond to my insurance agent’s calls until I called several times to aggravate them. God help anyone covered by, or hit by anyone covered by, this so called insurance company.

Sounds like an employee for esurance wrote this. No normal person would write this type of message.

You are absolutely right, it had to be an employee trying to keep a job! This company has agents working from home that cannot even give you a break down of your policy over the phone. When I added a driver to my policy she told me the premium would go up $130 a month. When they deducted my premium it was $400 more!
When I called back I got transferred to another agent who could not break it down to me either. I finally got the billing department that broke down the premium for me. I was tottally lied to of course. They make it easy to sign up but>>>>>>>>>>>>you will pay for it in the end. Shop your local insurance agents. They will be down the street in their office and will not lie to you because they have to see you face to face.
Also look up the law suit concerning esurance. They lost a suit because they overcharged people millions of dollars and had to pay it back. Do your homework before choosing this company.
